What can you expect to find at
Twelve Degrees North?

A good question...and we will try to give you some idea.

Joseph Gaylord is the owner and operator of Twelve Degrees North and will be your host.

A knowledgeable and friendly staff will guide you through the “smaller items” of the day.

Spotlessly clean, spacious, airy suites, cooled by the tradewinds, overlook the lovely tropical gardens and Caribbean Sea. No air-conditioning is required as we are built to embrace the constant tradewinds.

Each suite, with it's own balcony, faces west to the sparkle of the clear calm blue waters of Lance Aux Epines Bay.

Secluded and private, your balcony is where your housekeeper/cook will serve your breakfast and lunch...prepared West Indian Style or “as you like it.”

Grocery items will be stocked and found on arrival, itemized at cost. Items not desired may be returned via your housekeeper the day after arrival. Special items may be requested in advance.

Terrycloth lounging robes and large beach towels are provided. All of our chaise lounges have body comfort all-weather cushions to encourage you to relax on the beach and on the “over the water” sun…or shade…decks.

With no additional cost we provide:

Tropical floral arrangements, bottle of rum punch (our own special brew), spices of Grenada, daily laundry service, tennis court, freshwater pool, private beach, snorkeling is great right off our beach, a raft to swim to and sun on. Sunfish sail boats, unsinkable, easy-to-use ocean kayaks, single or doubles, gas barbecue, trade-in paperback books at the beach bar...it is not really a bar…we do not have a commerical bar or restaurant...just a grass roof beach pavilion where you will find ice and glasses to mix your own beverage and one for “a new friend.”

These facilities are available exclusively to registered guests...We do not operate any rentals of these services.

We will assist you to arrange car rentals, island tours, day sails, moonlite cruises, scuba diving, deep sea fishing, waterskiing, parasailing, windsurfing, hiking, biking, horseback riding, on-site massage...and pretty much anything else you can think of.

With just eight units and NO CHILDREN ACCEPTED we can assure you of an exceptionally relaxed, carefree and personalized Caribbean holiday experience on, what we know to be, the most beautiful of all the Islands in the eastern Caribbean.

All rates quoted in US$.
Rates are plus 10% service charge and 8% government tax.

Winter season - December 15 to April 30
Summer season - May 1 to December 14

gas barbecue grill on the beach, Sunfish sailboats N/C.
Off shore fishing, scuba diving and day sails arranged.
